1. Rooms and Airline rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. A/c switch off in hill.
3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at check-in.
4. The right of entry to each hotel is subject to individual hotel policy. If sufficient proof of identity is not presented at the time of check-in, guests may be denied accommodation by the hotel. As per the hotel policy, guest may be required to provide valid photo-ID card in original and / or any other document including but not limited to passport, driving license, voter ID card etc. Note- PAN cards will not be accepted. Valid ID Card. Foreign nationals are required to carry their original passport with a valid visa. For any reason, Travel India Solution will not be responsible for any announcements in the entry of guests at the time of check-in by the hotel.
5. During booking, if the guest feels the need for an extra bed, the guest will be given a cot or mattress by the hotel as an extra bed.
6. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 14:00hrs and the standard check-out time is 10:00hrs.
7. The hotel has the right to refuse to enter the hotel if you do not have the necessary documents. In such a situation Ambe world Travels will not be responsible for any problem.
8. In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
9. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
10. If there is an increase in hotel and food rates, tolls, parking, driver's allowances or diesel before the trip or during the trip, then in that case there will be an automatic increase in the package cost and the additional cost will be borne by the guest.
11. We will not return anything to the guest under any circumstances. In case of any feedback pls drop us a feedback mail to know about you experience.
12. Please take care of your luggage, Ambe World Travels will not be responsible if your luggage is damaged or stolen in any way during the journey.
13. Ambe world Travels will no be responsible in case of any malfunctions in vehicle during the tour ... In that case we will try to arrange another vehicle on extra payment basis.
14. Ambe World Travels will not be responsible if the hotel, food, vehicle are not as per the client expectations for any kind of upgradation he/she will pay extra amount on direct payment basis.
