Rooms and airline rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Air conditioning is switched off in hill stations.
Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in (passport, driving licence, voter ID). PAN cards are not accepted. Foreign nationals must carry their original passport with valid visa.
If the guest requires an extra bed, the hotel may provide a cot or mattress.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Standard check-in: 14:00 hrs; check-out: 10:00 hrs.
In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotel, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Costs arising from natural calamities, road blockages, political disturbances etc. are payable directly by the client.
Any increase in hotel, food, toll, parking, or fuel rates before or during the trip will increase the package cost accordingly.
